Bibble by The Wild Beer Co was one of the first craft beers we ever bought from an independent bottle shop. The shop in question was a funky little place in Maccelsfield called Brewtigue (Instagram) which we popped into while visiting friends. We ended up leaving with a number of good Belgian beers, some fruit beers and a selection of pale ales one of which was Bibble. The guys in the shop were obviously very knowledgeable about the beers on offer and pushed us in the direction of Bibble. We are very glad they did!
Bibble is a very drinkable pale ale and at 4.2% makes a great session ale. Using a fantastic combination of malts and hops this is a seriously well balance pale ale. Vienna malts and oats are used to give Bibble an excellently malty backbone while Mosaic and Amarillo hops are used to add wonderfully fruity flavours of orange, tropical fruit and grapefruit.
Bibble in summerset means to "drink regularly" which is the perfect name for this brew. Wonderfully flavoured for a low ABV session ale which competes flavour wise with many of the higher strength pale ales. Overall a great little brew from the craft lords at The Wild Beer Co.
