Thornbridge have been one of our favourite breweries for a long time now. Jaipur is probably one of the main reasons for this and has been the benchmark of modern classic IPAs. So with the introduction of Jaipur X and imperial version of regular Jaipur to celebrate Thornbridge 10 year anniversary we got a little excited.
Regular Jaipur packs classic tropical fruit flavours by the bucket load and a great bitter finish. Jaipur X continues this trend with a massive tropical fruit hit with a massive punch of alcohol from the 10% ABV. The fruit flavour is through the roof and has a juicy sweet fermented quality. The finish is deep and bitter with caramel sweetness and leaves a lovely warm buzz.
Jaipur X is a fantastic tribute to a fantastic brewery producing amazing beers for 10 years. It also celebrate one of Thornbridges best core range ales in Jaipur. Lets just hope Jaipur X is not limited to a one of batch and makes it onto the already impressive Thirnbridge core range.
